Terms & refunds

Template text: review it (and your local consumer and tax rules) before taking real payments.

What you buy

Purchases are digital items for the WoutWoot Minecraft server: ranks and Stardust, an in-game currency. They have no cash value, can't be exchanged for money and exist only on this server.

Delivery

Items are delivered automatically to the Minecraft account named at checkout, normally within a minute. Check the name before paying: we can't move a purchase to another account.

Refunds

Because items are delivered instantly, purchases are final once delivered, except where the law gives you a right to a refund. If something didn't arrive, contact us and we'll fix it.

Chargebacks

A refund or chargeback removes what was bought (ranks and Stardust) and may lead to a ban from the server.

Rules

Server rules apply to everyone, paid ranks included. Breaking them can lead to a ban without a refund.

Changes

We may change the server, its features and these terms. WoutWoot is not affiliated with Mojang Studios or Microsoft.
