Purchases arrive within a minute, even if you're offline: Stardust shows on your sidebar, ranks apply right away. Check the name you bought for. Nothing after ten minutes? Write under Store with the name and the time you paid.

From the store, your rank's monthly bonus, the daily stargazing at the hub observatory and some Sigil Keeper rewards. Spend it in /shop on custom enchants, Sigils, spawners and cosmetics.

Don't log out or move things around. Write under Bug or exploit with what you lost, where and roughly when: staff can check the logs. Found a dupe? Report it privately there too; using it gets you banned.

Write under Report a player with their name, the time and what you saw. A clip or screenshot helps a lot. Raiding and griefing are allowed here, cheating isn't.

You can appeal once per punishment. Banned players can't join for a login code, so use the appeal form: it works without logging in and gives you a private link to follow the answer.
